The DEEPBLUE™ Debit Account is a bank account that offers the benefits of traditional banking without the need for a credit check or minimum balance requirements. The Mobile Check Capture feature is offered through Sunrise Banks, N.A. and Ingo Money, Inc., and is subject to their terms and conditions as well as privacy policy. Approval typically takes 3-5 minutes but can occasionally take up to an hour. All checks require approval for funding at the sole discretion of Ingo Money. Fees apply for approved Money in Minutes transactions funded to your account. Unapproved checks will not be funded. Ingo Money reserves the right to recover losses resulting from illegal or fraudulent use of the service. Your wireless carrier may charge fees for message and data usage. The Debit Card Overdraft Service is an optional feature available to eligible DEEPBLUE™ Debit customers through Republic Bank & Trust Company. Once enrolled and meeting the eligibility criteria, a fee of $20.00 will be charged for each transaction that overdraws your account, up to a maximum of five (5) fees per calendar month. To avoid the fee, you have 24 hours from the time of the first overdraft transaction to bring your account balance to zero ($0.00) or a positive amount. Overdraft fees apply to one-time PIN and signature-based purchases as well as ATM withdrawals. Other transactions, including ACH Debit transactions, are not eligible for coverage. Negative balances must be repaid within 30 days. Authorization of an overdraft is discretionary, and it may be declined based on eligibility requirements or if there are too many or excessively large transactions. This service is costly, so it is advisable to explore alternative options before enrolling. Opting out is possible at any time; however, you are responsible for repaying any overdrawn amounts even if you choose to opt out of the service.
